Our Mission

We see you.

You’re the one who answers the call, holds the line, and goes back in again tomorrow like nothing happened. On the outside, you’re steady. On the inside, it’s a different story.

Call Sign Gear was created for that inside story.

I’m a career law enforcement leader and the founder of Call Sign Gear. After years on the job, I watched something happen over and over again: we honored the badge, the mission, the sacrifice — but not the human wearing the uniform.

The jokes covered the pain. The overtime covered the burnout. The culture said “handle it,” but never really showed us how.

I’ve spent my career in law enforcement and corrections, watching good people carry impossible weight behind a steady face. We honor the badge, but not always the human wearing it. The culture says “handle it,” but never teaches how.

That’s why I created Call Sign Gear and the Hold the Line Inside Project:
to protect the people who protect everyone else.

Our designs represent more than apparel:

  • Thin lines for law enforcement, fire, dispatch, corrections, military
  • A faceless silhouette that could be any of us
  • The heartbeat bench symbolizing support, connection, and refusing to sit alone

What We Stand For

“Hold the Line Inside” is a new kind of strength — one that honors resilience, wellness, and peer support without pretending everything is fine. It’s the belief that caring for your mental health is not weakness; it’s tactical.

Where We’re Going

This movement is growing into:

  • Practical wellness tools
  • Peer support resources
  • A community that sees and supports the person inside the uniform

When you wear Call Sign Gear, you’re not just repping a brand.
You’re standing for a culture where we protect each other — inside and out.
